Our Story
Juniper Food Truck was founded in 2023 by Chef Maddison Hebenstreit and Farmer Michael George. Together they work off of their two acres, harvesting Florida crops and using them in Culinary creations to bring healthy options to the Heartland.
Chef Maddison has over 15 years in the service industry while Farmer Mike has created a permaculture of Florida native and gourmet seeded crops. Together they have achieved brand new flavors they love to share with Highlands County and surrounding areas.
